Olga is on her way to North Carolina!!

The wedding reception went great and we had a lot of fun. Olga played around with the AV/audio equipment while we were at church, she's pretty good at it!

After the rehearsal, Olga and I ran to Target to pick out some goodies for Hmz!!

Saturday was the big day!! I let Olga try on the dress I'm wearing to the wedding.

 She totally thought she looked better in it than me, but she was a little testy since I wasn't going to let her go to the wedding with me. I told her Hmz was looking forward to seeing her to which she got upset about having to go back into a box. Poor Olga. I promised her I'd make it nice and cushy for her though. And yes, I recycled the tissue paper Kflynn sent my goodies in.. hey it was pretty and there was no point in throwing it away. So I guess next time we hear from Olga, she'll be in North Carolina!! I miss you, Olga. It was fun meeting you!

Some of our fun this week

I'm sorry I haven't been good about blogging, its been a hectic week. So Olga and I did get some fun in even though I was busy at work most of the time she was here. I've been working on a new garden in our front lawn so after work Wednesday, I let Olga check out the blooming flowers. She seemed surprised I was able to make anything grow since my eggs seem to suck at maturing... but I showed her!

So I guess she was impressed by my flower growing skills afterall. Anyway, then I decided I better start cooking dinners at home again so I thought since Olga was here, she could help me. I'm not sure she appreciated being put to work.

We had roasted turkey and mashed potatoes and peas. It was yummy and Olga and I snuggled on the couch to watch my DVR'd Army Wives.

Thursday night after I got off work, Olga and I hightailed it over to Michael's and then to my friend, J's apartment to work on the rehearsal bouquet for our friend, B's wedding rehearsal the next night. We had a fun time and Olga enjoyed some fun girl time together. Here she is with the final product!

I'm excited for my friend's wedding coming up and, HMZ, after a few more photo ops, Olga will be on her way to you!!

Olga made it to Alabama!!

I (Zookbride) came home for my lunch break to find Olga sitting on my doorstep!! Yay!!! And Kflynn sent tons of sweet treats (thanks, hon!!). Olga didn't break into them this time, they were ovary proof with the plastic wrapper around them, I believe! Haha!

So after looking through all the goodies and getting acquainted with Olga, I had to introduce her to my and DH's turtles!!

Squirt and Tibey (pronounced tie-bee) were interested, and then Squirt (the biter...he always bites at our fingers if we put them on the tank) decided to welcome Olga with a bite.

Unfortunately not too much else going on as its right smack dab in the middle of the work week. Olga is excited for my friends wedding coming up. She said I have to buy her a dress...not sure where to find one that would fit her...hmmm.

Olga heads to Alabama!

My time with Olga was a lot of fun but it has come to an end.

Although I had a migraine 75% of the time she was here, and she didn't have too many fun things to do around Tinley Park that would be suitable for an ovary, I think she enjoyed herself.

Olga helped me shop for her next stop to Zookbride in Alabama! We found some nice treats and fun things for her to enjoy....but before we packed them up we had to make sure to sign the card.

After that, Olga said her goodbyes...

And she was promptly placed in the box and mailed off!!!

Olga is getting bored...

Yesterday Olga and I had a nice day together. She even came with me to the local community college to meet with an Academic Advisor. She was in charge of bringing my transcripts from ISU to prove I already have a B.A. in hopes of avoiding some gen ed classes!

Oh Olga...you're too funny. Thank you for even thinking I'd be able to get into Med. school :)

After our boring day of running errands, Olga was left to her own devices in my in-laws house. I thought things were too quiet so I went to investigate and see what sort of mischief she was getting into.

Olga had found her way into our medicine drawer where all of our IF items are located!!!  How embarassing!!! She was playing with the Lovenox needles and trying to open the bottles of Provera!! Good thing I got there before she opened up the Pre-seed!! Oh boy, can you imagine the mess she would have made!!

Good thing we have the RE appointment coming up soon so it'll give Olga something fun to do!

Bienvenidos a Tinley Park!!

Apparently Olga has picked up on some of Suz+Mo's Spanish classwork because she popped out of the box screaming all sorts of explatives en Espanol!

"Aye carumba....let me out of this box!"

Once she got out of the box that she was trapped in all weekend, I realized that she had gotten into my box of goodies.

"Lo siento...I got mucho hungry!!!"

The only thing I could think of to pry her away from the sugary goodness was to give her a tour of my in-laws house. She was more interested in checking out the pictures from my weekend trip to South Haven, MI.

"Looks nice….too bad you left me behind to sit in that box. I could use some Vitamin D too !!"

She was a little miffed that she didn't get to go with us....but we were on our IVF-moon before our consultations. The last thing we wanted to do was to bring Olga with us. Sorry dear!!

After we checked out the vaca pics, Olga helped me unwrap all the goodies from Suz+Mo (minus the Skittles that Olga already indulged in). There were so many cute things I took pictures of my favorites!!

"Pretty colors!!!  Ya know, I once wanted to go to cosmetology school but for some reason they wouldn’t let me in! Hmph!"

Well....that is the end of Olga's big first day in the Chicagoland suburbs. I'll be posting more fun as we enjoy our time together!!!   :)

A little espanol then onto Illinois to see KFlynn81!!!

Well my times with Olga has been a blast, but it's time for her to go on to another 3T girlie.  Before she left, she helped me with my spanish homework a little bit (I'm taking classes this summer! yay!)  But she mostly just wanted to know how to say curse words or sexual innuendos the whole time (dirty hoar!)

And then once we finished my homework, she was off on her way to see KFlynn81 in Illinois!!! It's been a blast having Olga here with me in Minnesota!!!  Hopefully she was my good luck charm and I'll be KTFU soon!!   Love, Suz+Mo (SuMo)

Fun with Trigger Shots

Olga and I had so much fun at my RE appointment because the ultrasound showed THREE follies ready to trigger!!! It was totally because Olga was there with me!!!  So that night she helped me trigger!  I had never used a trigger shot before so she was there rooting me on and offered to poke me repeatedly with a safety pin so I would be distracted from the actual needle. 

We'll have one more post this afternoon to bid Olga farewell as she travels to Illinois to visit KFlynn81!

Olga glam new look and pee sticks galore!

Olga and I have continued to have a great time hanging out!  After my RE appointment yesterday, Olga was watching the ultrasound screen and said she was so impressed with my ovaries' bling that she wanted to class it up too!

***For anyone who doesn't know: cysts on PCOS ovaries are referred to as a "string of pearls"***

Then when I got home, we found a fun package!!  I love 3T packages!!!  And it turns out it was a really fun package.....full of things to pee on!!!! woo hoo!!!  I can't wait to pee on all them!  I haven't even ovulated yet, but was already tempted to start using them!  Olga was equally excited!

Welcome to Minnesota, Olga!!

Hey everyone!!  It's Suz+Mo and I'm so excited to have Olga visiting me!!!    She arrived with a package full of goodies to make me look HOT (nailpolish, lip gloss, sassy eye liner and of course lucky socks!!!)   Our first stop was at my RE appointment for a date with the vag cam!

Then we went back to my place to get ready for my husband's birthday!!  She was pretty much a lazy hoar so she didn't really help wrap any of the presents (she claims it was because she doesn't have hands......LAME!)

I tried to get her to help me blow up some balloons, but she pretty much sucked at that too (she can't wrap presents, she can't blow up balloons, she can't ovulate.....Gosh Olga!!!!)

 Well,  Olga and I are off to another RE appointment (mooooore monitering!! woo hooooo vag cam!)  but stay tuned for more adventures soon!!
